Part-Time Front Office Position – Orthopedic Surgery
Practice�Location: Ashland Kentucky

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Front Office Staff Member to join our busy orthopedic surgical practice. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced medical office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Handle patient paperwork, insurance verification, and maintain accurate medical records
• Operate basic office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Support clinical staff with administrative duties as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and providers to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment
Requirements:
• Medical office or front desk experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and professional demeanor
Schedule:�Part-time; specific hours to be discussed during the interview. Availability during regular business hours (Monday–Friday) is required.
