Pro- Fitness is located in the Metro West/Greater Boston Area. We operate out of individual homes/personal gyms and commercial gyms to ensure each person is in a comfortable environment. For those who aren’t optimally suited in crowded spaces we are happy provide a more enjoyable atmosphere in the comfort of your own home. Pro- Fitness has grown immensely since 2013 by simply focusing on each individual’s personal health aspects to help them achieve their own success. We believe that the path to fitness isn’t just about the amount of time spent in the gym or the monotonous repetition of exercises. Our clients start at ground zero and build their own knowledge. We strive to educate while we train so that you take that information with you for sustained success. Our focus is to have you understanding diet plans and exercise programs, rather than just following them. Pro-Fitness provides proper and unique training packages supplemented with meal plans designed for each person's individuality, varying for age, lifestyle, likes, dislikes and goals. Clients are able to select personalized services that best suit their budget and goals and we meet those needs through specialized programs. Our main theory is based on the idea that everyone should and can live a healthier life. Our training is not just pushing or pulling weights in the gym but knowing why and how to properly execute these actions. Breaking down and understanding exercises while supplementing better eating habits can save you from an injury, frustration, wasted time, and more importantly wasted money. We are passionate about what we do and want people to grow from our knowledge to ensure themselves a healthier future. If your diet isn’t sustainable, it is worthless.

People don’t want to hear about the things that work: consistency, hard work, patience. They want hacks and ‘secrets’.
The secret hack you are looking for is the work & consistency you are avoiding and your paralysis by analysis/perfectionism.
Do you think this is a physique that requires rigid meal plans, never eating out, never consuming any alcohol, & a bunch of dietary rigidity? Because you would be WRONG!

If maintaining my diet meant I had to only eat perfect meals, I would have been screwed. That’s why I don’t focus on perfection. I focus on CONSISTENCY in hitting my macro targets. My physique did not fall apart because I am CONSISTENT
All you have to do is set your goals, track your food, and check in each week.

Stop letting the fear of not being perfect get in the way of PROGRESS. You don’t need perfection… you need consistency of work.

Having Healthy eating habits is farm more beneficial than aggressive uncontrolled diets.

For the simple reason that; you’ll likely more consistently follow it for long periods of time and/or a life time.

However, don’t mistake the two as far as results may go. You can often times still gain weight by eating healthy foods or be facing some sort of health issues, because a Healthy eating solely can still be very uncontrolled and excessive.
Therefore a Diet for certain periods of time might be necessary to correct and control food portioning & make the desired physical changes.

They think they’re entitled to progress, to just have it for because they tried. You are not!

Progression comes in all shapes & sizes, many different forms. Open your eyes. Put effort in it!
