Cuba! You are something else. In January, we took a small group of adventurers exploring this island, from the classic streets of Havana to the quiet town of Viñales. We shared meals with families, danced to live music, and listened to the kind of stories you can only hear when you're there in person.⁠

We’re not trying to make you hungry… buuut we do love every food decision we make on our trips 😋. So, what’s the food like? It’s colorful, very nourishing, and full of local flavor.⁠

We choose hotels and restaurants that prioritize locally sourced ingredients, support nearby farmers, and celebrate the regional food culture. Sometimes you’ll be learning directly from the cooks… other times, just savoring in great company.⁠

✨ And yes, local cocktails totally count as cultural education, especially when there’s a story behind the ingredients (or a rooftop view involved)! ⁠
