Resolving Emotions with Laurel Young, resolves life’s dramas for individuals, families or groups by unveiling inner truth that leads to peace and happiness by restoring human values into life's confusion and decisions. It is Laurel's passion to teach the synchronization of universal human values with mediating and resolving human conflicts and emotions. The Mediation Mentor™ has the components to
complete this task. We facilitate individuals and groups that are in need of conflict resolution by acting as a non-judgmental and non-attached third party. The goal is to gracefully work through confusion and disagreements by helping people take responsibility of their own truth and to reach mutual understanding. The Mediation Mentor does not "fix" individuals, rather they are given the tools to "fix" themselves and the situation. Laurel conducts youth mentoring circles, works with individuals, businesses, groups, families, teens, and the judicial system with success in creating mutually respectful interactions for all involved. She is a member of the Oregon Mediation Association, a Nationally Certified Professional Mediator (NCPM), a certified mentor, a “TIPI Professional” and serves on several non-profit boards and volunteer organizations.
