Our Story
Grace of the Moon provides Body Literacy Education, Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare and Fertility Awareness Skills to empower relationships and sexuality; giving women true reproductive freedom. We offer workshops, consultations, classes and a teacher training program in the field of Body Literacy and Sexual Health.
Fertility Awareness, at the foundation of the Body Literacy skill set, is the education of being in a woman's body. It is a magnificent tool for loving and respecting our fertile, dynamic selves; a blueprint for following and riding the waves we experience throughout our reproductive years. This is a curriculum that initiates a woman into her own sexuality and helps her deepen her understanding of how the life force moves through her. The education specifically informs women what hormones are activating the various parts of their cycles and the benefits, challenges, signs and signals these hormones offer us. This foundational understanding, combined with a daily charting practice, offers women self-empowerment and a skill set that can then be utilized for natural birth control, conscious conception and hormonal/fertility healing and optimization. This is NOT the rhythm method, but a highly evolved and researched form of family planning that is the birthrite of every woman, yet sorely missing from our educational system. This practice has been found to be as effective as the birth control pill when used correctly. Simply said, it works.
I am incredibly honored to share this valuable wisdom in the world. It has been an immense gift to me and for this I give thanks.
I work with women looking to more deeply understand their nature and their connection to the nature around them. I offer guidance for those seeking natural, hormone free birth control, women trying to conceive, women with fertility challenges and hormonal imbalances and women doing in-home inseminations. I believe this body of material to be basic health education and feel that every young woman should receive this information when coming into womanhood.
