It is always an honor to have the regions top athletes choose Tri-state Rehab to get back in the game.
When she wasn’t feeling quite up to par, Montana Fouts, American professional softball pitcher for the Talons of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) and a member of the United States women's national softball team chose Dave Coburn and the team at TSR to get her back to peak performance.
Recently, she clinched the inaugural AUDL Championship for the Talons when threw a complete game shutout striking out 7 batters in the their win over the Bandits in a best-of-three series.

Peak Performer of the Week! 🤩

Nichole had shoulder surgery and has been injured the majority of the year with many setbacks. She has worked very hard in Physical Therapy and on her own to achieve her goals. Good job Nichole! We are proud of you!
