Dr. Cates Retirement Announcement.
Dear Patient,
After more than 40 years of caring for patients in Ashland and the surrounding communities, I will be retiring from practice. My last day seeing patients will be Friday, May 29, 2026.
It has been a true honor to serve this community and to be trusted with your care over the years. I am sincerely grateful for your loyalty and relationships we have built.
Beginning on June 3rd
, your care will continue with Dr. Jake Faust, Doctor of
Chiropractic, and here at our current office location at 1508 Twp. Rd. 1153 Ashland,

I have personally chosen Dr. Faust to continue care for my patients, and I am confident you will be in excellent hands. He is well trained, utilizes many of the same chiropractic techniques, and shares a similar approach to patient care. My goal is for this transition to feel as smooth and familiar as possible. I strongly encourage you to see Dr. Faust for your future visits.
Your records will remain in our office, and Dr. Faust will continue your care while making any updates as needed to best support your health.

DR. CATES RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT.
After 40 years of treating patients in Ashland, OH. Dr. Cates will be Retiring on May 29, 2026.
Please check the Cates Chiropractic page for future care, and where past records could be obtained. All patients treated in the last one (1) year will be mailed an updated Notice and Recommendations.

Our office hours will return to normal beginning Monday.

8 am - 1 pm / 2 pm - 5:30 pm (approximately)

Please note that Dr. Cates will be in the office on Monday, November 17th, and Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5:30 pm. He will be unavailable for the remainder of the week and will return on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at 8 am.
