Part-Time Social Media Marketer

Hourly Rates by Experience: $16-20 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our digital presence across four key Kentucky communities. This role is vital for sharing our mission, promoting our diverse medical services, and engaging with patients through informative and supportive content. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing multiple brand profiles, a passion for healthcare communication and have a deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical SEO.

Core Responsibilities
Platform Management: Create, schedule, and publish daily updates on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile for all four clinic locations.
Content Creation: Produce engaging health-related content, including graphics, short-form videos (Reels/Stories), and patient educational materials that align with our brand voice.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and Google reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a supportive online environment.
Clinic Promotion: Highlight specific services at each location, such as primary care in Morehead or specialized addiction treatment in Ashland, and promote new location openings or community events.

Analytics & SEO: Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, traffic) and optimize posts for local SEO to ensure those seeking help can easily find our clinics.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in social media management, specifically with Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profiles and Meta Business Suite.
Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing for medical or behavioral health services is preferred; must be able to communicate sensitive health topics with empathy.
Content Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) and video editing tools.
Local Insight: Knowledge of the Ashland, Grayson, Vanceburg, and Morehead areas to better tailor local community outreach.
Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to detail.
