Our yoga classes & events take place in a 100 year old building that has served as a hot yoga studio for the community for over 20 years! Ashland Hot Yoga offers community along with a safe, supported space where you can strengthen your yoga practice and connect with you inner self. The aim of this hot practice is to improve physical fitness while also relaxing & strengthening the mind. If you’re a new follower, student, or friend of the studio, we welcome you!
