Encompass Fitness in Ashland (200 Homer Avenue), Encompass Fitness in Natick (321D Speen Street) and Fore Kicks in Marlboro (219 Forest Street) or I can train you at your house. I welcome ALL populations, including post-rehab, TBI/Stroke Patients, orthopedic patients who have been discharged from physical therapy and seniors. I also welcome those who just want to get in shape. Hours are by appointment only.
