“Dance has always been a part of who I am. I danced all through school, competing and completely falling in love with getting lost in the music. There’s just something magical about movement, confidence, and letting go for a little while.

I’ve always loved putting on a show and creating a space where people — especially women — feel welcomed, seen, confident, and free to shake their t**h without judgment.

So when Lauren said, “I have a crazy idea… I’m opening a yoga studio,” I said, “Well, I have a crazy idea too… I’m becoming a Zumba instructor!”

And here we are. 💃

I live in Ashland with my 3 boys, and honestly, there has always been a little piece of me missing without dance in my life. This journey has reminded me that it’s never too late to do the things that bring you joy.

I’m so excited to bring high-energy classes, good vibes, and lots of hip shaking your way.
