🚨Happening Tonight at the Y!🚨

Ernie’s Street Smart Self-Defense (Part 1) kicks off this evening from 6:00–6:45 PM, starting with our Youth Session for ages 12–17.

This free, age-appropriate program teaches practical safety skills that every young person should know. Participants will learn:
✔️ Situational awareness
✔️ Avoidance strategies
✔️ How to set clear verbal boundaries
✔️ Basic escape techniques
✔️ Bullying prevention strategies

The goal is to help youth build confidence, awareness, and the skills to stay safe in everyday situations.

👀 Parents are welcome to stay and observe the session.

Can you believe there’s only ONE week left in February? The Lose.to.Win finale is approaching, Spring is upon us, and it’s time to start planning ahead and locking in your March classes!

Be on the lookout for our March Activity Schedule (COMING SOON) - featuring not only Balance & Brews on St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 but also another full month of Functional + Fit - a class we highly recommend if you want to learn proper lifting technique and build real-world strength.
