We all face difficult times in which we experience challenging emotions, we have to make tough life decisions, and we have obstacles in our relationships. Counseling can provide a safe container to explore your issues with compassion and insight and gain understanding. Tools are also available to widen your horizons and give you new ways to navigate your path. I believe in the self-actualizing principle that each person is moving toward their highest potential. As one brings awareness to and integrates parts of the self, an alignment with meaningful purpose can be uncovered.
