οΈ Now that we've made it past "Quitters Day" (1/10) when most people have already given up on their NY resolutions, we're even more committed to our health goals! Let's start this week with a NO π« SUGAR DETOX! It's simple, no sugars unless they come from fresh fruits and veggies! Sugar is nightly addictive and wreaks havock on our bodies. It creeps up on us and the holidays are full of sweets. Suddenly, we're tired but can't sleep, energy levels are low and everything hurts from the infammation it's caused in our body! Sound familiar? So this week, lets make better choices and fuel our bodies better. Avoid all added sugars, especially artifical sugars, which are worse for you. You can go all in π― and cut it all out OR if that sounds like it'll set you up for failure, just reduce it a little each day. We know small changes consistently add up to big wins! In just one week you'll notice a big difference in your energy levels, cravings will go down, brain fog starts to lift and your joints may not hurt as much. It's amazing how quickly our bodies will respond when we fuel them with clean healthy foods.
