After ten years of clinical work, I am adding an exciting new venture. I will be traveling around in my little teardrop camper, providing short but sweet mental health tips, techniques and resources from nature based locations. I will also be offering online groups and Daring Way™ workshops, as well as destination retreats, and self-care CE retreats for helping professionals.
