I’ve added to my bag of tricks guys! It’s EFFECTIVE and feels AMAZING. Ashi-Thai is an expression of traditional Thai massage using the overhead bar system, body weight and gravity. It’s going to be the most beneficial for;
•clients on the strong side of the strength/flexibility spectrum seeking improvement in their range of motion
•athletes who workout vigorously and probably don’t stretch enough😉
•and anyone looking to get a deeper stretch than they are able to do themselves
•clients who prefer to be fully clothed during massages
