Cupping is something I truly love to incorporate into my sessions—and the best part? I don’t charge extra for it.
There are two different cupping techniques I offer, each with its own benefits:
✨ Stationary (parked) cupping
This is where the cups are placed and left in one area for a few minutes. It helps to deeply release tight muscles, increase circulation to specific spots, and can be especially effective for stubborn tension or chronic areas of discomfort.
✨ Gliding cupping (fascial release)
This technique involves gently moving the cups across the skin, creating a lifting effect that helps separate and release fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles). It’s a targeted approach that can improve mobility, reduce restrictions, support lymphatic drainage, and leave your body feeling more open and fluid.
Depending on your body and what you’re needing that day, I can use one technique or combine both during your session. Every appointment is tailored to you—your comfort, your goals, and what your body is asking for.
