They all go hand in hand! The irony is you often don’t recognize this until the trip is half way over! That it why the second half of life you see adults being less encumbered by other people’s opinions! It’s a learned acquired skillset! The earlier you learn the lessons; the quicker you can release fears and anxieties that may be holding you back!!!

And remember you are never alone!!! There is always someone to come sit quietly w you, or watch a silly tv series to distract yourself for a little while or do an activity or exercise or craft or cook or bake! So many options! Sometimes it’s just a cozy heated blanket and a good book! But stay connected and engaged! Reach Out to a stranger even - sometimes they are easier to talk to because there’s no expectation or judgment!

Let Them Go!!! If it no longer serves you! Abuse is Abuse!!! If their words or their actions are harming you - let it go!!!
This can be a friend, a lover, a spouse or even one of your own adult kids! Verbal Abuse is the worst because you can’t see the bruise caused by the words! Gaslighting! Manipulation! Taking Advantage! Controlling Behavior! Narcissistic Behavior! Twisting everything you say and do! LET IT ALL GO!!!
You deserve Peace and Serenity! Your Mind Body and Soul will thank you!!!
