I've been taking time away from Thailand to be in Taiwan lately, exploring the local culture and also the traditions of Chinese medicine.

Last week I went on 5 ½ hrs drive mostly 4WD with large group of mobile medical people out to Doi Tao area south of Chiang Mai. Mostly Karen tribe villages... Will write more about this in newsletter at some point here, very adventurous and interesting. This was my 9th outing with this group - I was the solo acupuncturist most of the first day - busy!

In collaboration with Suan Dok Hospital Foundation, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, M.C. Along with the Royal Dental Unit, Faculty of Dentistry, M.C. Suan Prueng Hospital Foundation, Doi Tao Hospital, has launched a mobile medical unit to provide medical check-ups on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Chiang Mai University's establishment and the 65th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine. In the project "Volunteer Medical Unit for Children and People in Remote Areas" at the Mountain Thai Community Learning Center "Mae Fah Luang" Ban Phaya Phrai Doi Luang and the Mountain Thai Community Learning Center "Mae Fah Luang" Ban Mae Pok Bon. Darkness. Doi Turtle G. Chiang Mai on 23-25 August 2024.

There were 296 local patients, 78 acupuncture patients, 13 foot and physical therapy patients, 19 physical education, 1 intramuscular injection, 1 myocardial infarction, 2 myocardial infarction, and 2 myocardial infarction, 85 myopia glasses and 123 myofluoride coating. Mental Health Hospital, Suan Prasert Hospital, 12 psychiatrists visited 3 families and issued 6 certificates for the disabled by Mr. Permsak Srisawat, Doi Tao District Chief, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dr. Ng. Dr. Srisawat. Naren Chotirasniramit donated 81 households from Phra Theppariyat, Abbot of Wat Chet Yod, Monastery of Luang, Rumpengtapotharam Temple and monks from Wat Phra That Haripunchai Woramahawiharn.
