Want to stay in a sober living environment to do "the next right thing"? We just added a recreation and relaxation area exclusively for our transitional housing residents. This includes exercise equipment, furniture, a large tv, a refreshment area, and more. Rooms are available and cost is $100/wk for men that qualify and want to do better. Ready to upgrade your SOBER LIVING? We have half of this duplex available for rent after final cleaning this weekend (other half is already filled). For $135/wk, you get your own bedroom and shared bath/kitchen/dining/laundry. All utilities included: Gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, and wifi. FURNISHED. This is transitional housing for those in recovery with a solid 12-step plan and income. Bring a recovery buddy and message us if you are interested.

Merry Christmas to all. We will host a warming center from the severe weather during this coming Thursday night through Monday morning. We do not know the need but we do know the temperatures are going to be dangerous. Please pray that power will remain on through this storm and that this meets the needs of many.

What a wonderful donation from Rayven's Acts of Kindness. Many of our residents have nothing when they get here except a limited clothing supply - toiletries are expensive but a necessity. Thanks so much to Rayven and her loved ones that made this possible. Not shown are the huge cases of TP and paper towels also donated.

We started taking resident applications, men only, should have min 30 days sobriety. Week-to-week terms. Oh, and if you have a pasta pot you can donate, that would be great - seems like we have most other skillets and storage containers donated but could always use extra if you have them laying around. You can just leave it outside the side or back door if you have any. Thanks for your support.

We want to thank the Star Beacon for the nice article today but I want to let you know what we just found out regarding the food pantry we plan on having in the community center. We can't get food from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank except through Country Neighbor and we cannot get that until we have our 501c3 (which can take 6 months+ and we have at least 3 more months to wait). AFTER we get our tax exempt approval, then we need to distribute food for 6 months BEFORE we can get any from them so...we'll see how this goes but you may see us begging for food donations before long.😢😢😢
