Beat the heat with ensuring you are doing the following:
Hydration is Key:
Drink plenty of fluids regularly, even before feeling thirsty. Water is the best choice, but sports drinks can help replenish electrolytes lost through sweat.
Dress Appropriately:
Wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothing to allow for better ventilation and heat dissipation
