“You are stronger than you think”✨
This is something that I like to say to clients while teaching my fitness classes and also tell to myself when I can feel myself getting tired during a workout. Remembering this saying helps me push a little further, stay in the plank for a little bit longer, and go a little quicker for the final 10 seconds of mountain climbers on my timer. These moments, though they may make my muscles burn, they allow me to explore what my body is truly capable of even in moments that I feel like I can’t go any further or stay with the exercise any longer.
Though it may be generic, I love this quote because it applies to everyone and any one at every fitness level. YOU CAN DO IT! You always have the choice to finish what you started and stay strong throughout whatever activity you are doing… I promise your body will thank you for it the next day and your mindset will begin thrive off of that positive, accomplished, proud, and motivated feeling in more than just the workout part of your day.
I encourage you as you go to workout next, or even just as you take a light walk; think about what would make you proud in your those physically tired moments when you feel like giving up. How could you push your body and mind further that what you are already doing in your workouts? Are you working your body to it’s max heart rate in your cardio workout? Are you walking as quickly as you would like to in your morning walk? Are you biking the pace you have always wanted to achieve on your daily route?
There’s always room for improvement to better your body, mindset, and self and your body is stronger than you think… if you work for it, your body can reach the goals you set for it. 💪

For the many people that tense their shoulders up when they are stressed or just going throughout their busy day...I often find myself doing this as well🙋‍♀️😬. Here are a few stretches that help me loosen up my shoulders and upper body muscles when they start to ache after being tensed too frequently or for too long. Coffee Shop Morning!☕️
I usually get the Americano coffee drink when going to coffee shops because it’s one of the healthier options on the menu but the other day I decided to treat myself to a sweeter drink. I got a hot salted caramel mocha🍫😋
This is a reminder to love yourself and to treat yourself every once in a while because you deserve it! One high sugar drink doesn’t mean you have to squeeze in an extra workout that day or cut out sugar for the afternoon, just enjoy it!

I loved this Mushroom Mocha!
This was so delicious and made with: coffee, cashew milk, cacao, MCT oil, vegan chocolate, agave, and reishi mushroom.☕️
The MCT oil helps boost energy both physically and mentally (the body is able to use this oil for brain power instead of glucose or sugar), and produce ketones to break down fat within the body.
The reishi mushroom detoxifies the body and boosts energy levels, strengthens the immune system, boosts cognitive development, lowers bad cholesterol, prevents abnormal blood vessel formation, provides releif in the respiratory system, prevents allergic reactions, and has been found effective when treating arthritis.

Oh How plating your meal can make all the difference!! Who else agrees that picture 1 looks much more like a meal in compairison to picture 2🙋‍♀️ ➡️In reality, these two pictures have the same portion sizes... minus the 3 chopped strawberries added as a topping for the plated meal.
Portion sizing can be a mind game but making my food look pretty by putting it in a bowl or on a plate is definitely something that has helped me look at my meals or snacks as something more substantial when eating. 🍽
Scooping the yogurt into a bowl and adding 3 chopped strawberries to this cup of yogurt only added 12 calories, less than 3g of carbs and sugar to the small container of yogurt and took less than two minutes to prepare!!🍓
I would definitely recommend trying to plate your meals rather than snacking out of the original container or bag. This has helped me to become more aware of the amount of food that I am mindlessly eating and also the amount of food that my body actually needs to fuel itself🤗

New Blog Post is Up!!👩🏽‍💻
Cru Winter Conference was one of the most powerful and fun weeks of my life.✝️
I have been a part of “Cru” (a church group on campus) at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for a year now and I went on a trip to Minneapolis with these crazy fun people over winter break this year to attend this amazing conference!🌃
I haven’t talked about my faith on social media before or outside of my church and Cru groups, but because of the powerful messages from the guest speakers at Cru Winter Confrence, I decided to share them with you in this blog post. The messages that each speaker had for us challenged us by sharing new perspectives of how to grow in our faith journey and to reach out and help others in the community.🌃
So many memories were made with my Cru family and new friends from other campuses that I am so grateful to have made ( I also shared some of these fun memories in the blog post).🌟 @ Minneapolis, Minnesota

How can Energy Sound Therapy help you?
Everyone has different experiences in their lifetime that could cause a variety of negative emotions to begin to bother them. Although everyone stores unique emotions and feelings from experiences that only they may have endured, sometimes the way we are feeling can be similar and helpful to know that others are having the same feelings you may be having- so here is how Energy Sound Therapy has helped me.

Energy Sound Therapy has helped me by:
- Relieving mental stress blocks with school... in moments when I feel like I won’t ever understand my studies or like getting my letter grade up will be impossible.
- Helping me accept and love myself inside and out- breaking through self confidence issues and insecurities.
Control tiny temper outbursts- getting upset over things and not looking at the positives to situations. - can help you with friendships/ relationships, anger in the work environment, controlling small stress/anger outbursts at home, and even road rage.
