REPS Fitness and Performance LLC REPS Fitness and Performance is an appointment-only personal training gym located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Still University
-Adult/Child First Aid/CPR/AED

I offer 1-on-1 and small group personal training for both children and adults, as well as sports performance training, and youth athletic development training for kids from 6 years old through high school. I have experience working with clientele of all ages and fitness levels in order to improve overall health and fitness or athletic performance. Specialties Include:

-Design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs, utilizing an individualized approach, to meet each client's specific goals

-Sport-specific training and conditioning

-Youth fitness and athletic development training

-Provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention

-Weight loss, cardiovascular training, flexibility training
