Look familiar? Miserable after driving, or sitting for an extended time? Your sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in your body. When it's being irritated, the pain can be unmanageable. The good news, is usually easy to address. First, increase your water intake, next stretch your piriformis (don't worry, I'll post a video.) If these don't work, you may need soft tissue massage. How long have you had headaches? Taking Tylenol, IBprofin or oyher medicines a little too often? Headaches are not "normal". Many muscles of the neck and shoulders refer pain to the head or face. Do yourself a favor. Drink water first. If increasing your water doesnt help, you might need soft tissue therapy.
