The daily habit for better energy, focus & digestion:
Just blend up:
1 frozen ripe banana
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 serving Dreamy Choocolate Heavenly Protein Powder
2 pitted dates
1/2-1 cup almond milk (depends how thick you like it)
1/2 cup ice (1 cup if your banana isnβt frozen!)
1 tbsp cacao nibs (soooo healthy!)
