This is where acupuncture goes from good… to highly precise.

Just wrapped Level 2 Myopain Dry Needling training in New York and this is where the work gets refined.

We went deep into the science of central and peripheral sensitization, trigger point development, and advanced needling techniques across the neck, thorax, and lumbosacral regions—including safe approaches around the lungs.

This level of training is an investment—time, energy, and finances—because precision matters when you’re working with pain and the nervous system.

And a real reminder of why I love this medicine…

Mid-training I felt that familiar “uh oh”—the beginning of a cold. I was committed to pushing through, I had my presentation assessed by and was given a custom herbal formula based on what my body needed in that moment.

Not every patient walks in believing in acupuncture.

In fact—this one didn’t.
