We have to use this moment to change the discussion around injuries and surgery. Over 2/3 of people with complete ACL tears are able to continue doing all the things they love without surgery - including Lindsey Vonn.

Lindsay Vonn is going to ski in the Olympics without an ACL, and she's going to do awesome. If we give ourselves the time and patience, our bodies have the ability to strengthen, heal, and overcome most injuries.
