🚨No class tonight 🚨
I messed up my neck/upper back this morning.
No cool story even! Just turned my head and somehow managed to pull something. I'm just old 🤣.
Core Crunch will be Monday! Get ready to sweat bc I will have had a week off from yoga and we will be going hard!

We are all about finding balance this week. Balancing not only strengthens stabilizer muscles, but also your coordination between your brain, eyes, ears, and muscles. Check us out this week for a challenging IT band stretch and balance tonight at 6:30. We are going to challenge ourselves with this revolved pistol squat pose 💪🏻.

Where are all at different stages in our practice. Sometimes there are peaks and valleys, and the occasional drop off can happen. Whether you are a first timer, getting back into yoga, or an advanced student, I strive to create classes where all can level up or down based on their needs. All are welcomed. Namaste.
