Would you like to save additional dollars on a pre-tax basis to help offset your health care expenses? Or maybe you have gotten into a jam and need to reduce your paycheck amount. Don’t forget that you have the flexibility to change the amount of your HSA contributions throughout the year.

On a computer, log into Dayforce, and click on the ‘Benefits’ icon. You will then see a form called ‘2023 HSA Periodic Enrollment.’ Click on ‘Start Enrollment.’ The screens will walk you through the steps which includes entering a new annual amount that is then converted into a per paycheck amount. The system will also tell you when your contribution will become effective. Once you are satisfied with the dollar amounts, click ‘Save.’

2022 tax forms will either be mailed or will be available online with Optum (based on how you initially set up your account).
