Dr. Luckowski presented her poster, “The Ultimate Review: Applying Adult Health Theory to an ICU Scenario,” at the 2026 University of Maryland School of Nursing Institute for Educators Conference in Baltimore on April 26, 2026.

Her work highlights innovative approaches to bridging theory and practice, enhancing student learning, and preparing future nurses for complex clinical environments.

We’re excited to share a meaningful new partnership expanding access to care in the Chester community.

The graduate nursing program at The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ‘71 College of Nursing at Neumann University is partnering with Chariot Allaire and the Independence Blue Cross Foundation to launch a pro bono primary care clinic—made possible through foundation grant support.

This initiative features an innovative, student-led model, with nurse practitioner students providing care under faculty supervision while gaining hands-on experience. In collaboration with the Delaware County Health Department, students will also support outreach through the Wellness on Wheels mobile unit to reach residents across the community.

We’re also proud to be part of a broader, collaborative effort in Chester, alongside Widener University, which is operating a primary care clinic on its campus.

Program development is underway, with plans to open the clinic within the next 6–9 months.
