We accept all major health insurances except HMO's as we are not in network with HMO insurances. We do NOT accept Keystone CHC or Keystone VIP as primary insurances, only secondary. The only Medicaid insurance we take is Keystone First. We accept United Healthcare but not United Healthcare Medicaid.

The office will close at 3pm on Thursday, 6/29. We will be closed the week of 7/3/23-7/7/23 for vacation and will return Monday, 7/10/23 at 9 am.

We are currently experiencing issues with the telephones/internet. The office is open but phones are down. If you are trying to call, leave a voicemail and we will reach out to you as soon as the phones/internet are up and running.
