• Operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week; Brookside is always available when our clients need us.
• Employs our own skilled and courteous phlebotomists so Brookside does not have to rely on an outside service to meet our clients’ needs.
• Performs STAT services for our clients.
• Delivers responsive services and provides the procedures that make managing clinical testing needs easy, convenient and worry-free for our clients’ medical and administrative staffs.
• Provides same day results. Result reports are comprehensive, easy to read and can be delivered via web or facsimile.
• Standing orders can be maintained by Brookside, which eliminates repetitive paperwork for our clients.
• Provides in-services, along with resources, on topics specific to the laboratory. In addition, clients receive up-to-date information regarding medical necessity and any other state and federal regulations.
• When invited, attends clients’ quality assurance (QA) meetings.
• Provides comprehensive monthly infection control reports that contain valuable data for our clients. Our monthly reports include patient utilization, test statistics, and information to track quality assessment indications. If need be, our microbiologists can conference with a client regarding a specific infection control issue.
• Executes own billing which includes third party and HMOs patients.
