I’m working with Rogue Pier 39 to bring our community some cool new offerings! We will now have yoga twice a week: Saturdays at 10a and Tuesdays at 6p.

We will also be meeting every first Tuesday at 7:15p (right after yoga) to discuss all things death, dying, living, and loving. We will also meet one Saturday morning a quarter. The first one will be January 18th at 11:15a.

It is National Midwifery Week. I was blessed to have a midwife for my pregnancy and birth with Aspen. Now, as a doula, I have the divine privilege of working alongside midwives!

I have compiled a list of events for families and children that Jennifer Donohue of Dancing Willow Integrative Birth Services and Ziya of Trulee Inspired (Doula Seva) have scheduled for this summer. Unless a price is specified, the events are FREE. So many beautiful offerings. I thought a chronological list would be helpful.

Ziya is a birth, postpartum, and end of life doula, a yoga teacher and trainer, and an author. Trulee Inspired, LLC is currently providing in person services along the Oregon and Washington coast and virtual services worldwide.
