Moments to pause and to be present requires a state of fully being! I cherish the moments I get to spend with others that light me up! My community of friends is getting wiser, stronger, expansive as time goes on. Taking quantum leaps for growth every moment, even when it feels like I’m in stillness there’s still growth occurring. It gets even better. Juicer!! The people around my space are a reflection of me on many deep layers & levels. I get to witness that beauty inside reflected outside. The depth & true connection we all seek… We will meet again beautiful women! This is to our next stop India soon 🇮🇳 🕉 💫

It’s been a few days and it’s pure bliss catching up with friends. Our conversations have been eye opening with much around healing wounds, up-leveling, loving, creating, financial abundance, reigniting passions… list goes one.
I met Mila in the jungles of Ecuador, experiencing some deep deep healing. So many things happened for us after that experience which only catapulted us into better versions of ourselves! Through heartbreaks, failures, epic adventures, bumps in the road, only serving to solidify our cosmic temples, nourishing our soul, and that commitment to divine self that is god. Dear Medicine Woman,
At this moment my journey is being activated in a humbling vulnerable way. I’ve noticed my softness shine through. Navigating what it means to drop into more of my femininity. Allowing to feel safe in that space… in the divine essence of true vulnerability. This has been a beautiful initiation and a observation of a deeper detachment of who I thought I was, a deeper sovereignty, a deeper responsibility. And Through the process of cultivating more my essence & spirit I’ve come to realize I see my spirit a few moments throughout my day… sometimes more. However, It’s not enough anymore to quench my thirst for deeper connection with self and others. I’m being called to be my spirit every moment. The pure embodiment of my essence every breath I take through offerings. It’s a process… tides are changing and as I welcome my homecoming. I welcome you to witness this soft slow becoming. 🪶🙏🏽🌈

True sovereignty is the relationship between myself and the Divine at every moment. My life changes based on these choices. I am the creator of my realities. You are the creator of yours.
