After a discussion with my students, and careful consideration, I have decided to open Teen Yoga to Yoga for Everyone! Everyone is welcome, all ages and skill levels😊💜 This will be a Vinyasa Flow class with modifications offered to challenge and grow through your practice 🧘‍♀️🧘 Please come join us and check it out!

Kids Yoga will still be every Tuesday 3:30-4:15 😊 Hope to see you there too!
