This Silver Laced Wyandotte hen was nearly dead two weeks ago. I put 1 drop of doTERRA On Guard & 1 drop Oregano essential oils in her water to help her fight off whatever bug she has internally? She has been slowly gaining back weight and is finally “clucking” to me this week. The small blue bucket I put warm water in to soak her bottom side when it gets messy. She still isn’t laying eggs, but I suspect that will come as she continues to improve. Normally, I don’t put this much effort into helping a chicken, but she continues to eat and drink which is promising so I will support her as long as she does her part 🤣🐓 I am slipping in a link here that will take you to more information about how essential oils can support your flock!
