Rainbow carrots and Brussel sprouts paired with short rib and foie gras
1) mix cut up veggies in ziplock bag with pepper, salt, and oil of choice (I used olive)
2) spread out and place in preheated oven at 425 C for 20 min
3) remove crispy veggies from oven and lightly drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar and honey
4) plate and enjoy!

Chouslaw! Chop up all your leftover vegetables (here I have carrots, purple cabbage, broccoli, celery), add mayo, lemon/lime zest, onions (I used green onions), honey, mayo, dijon mustard, cranberries/dates. Enjoy! :)

Just tried this site last week! Grass-fed organ meats!! Some of the most nutrient dense foods are lacking from our daily diets.
Vital organs such as kidneys, liver, heart, and tongue. Where did this fear originate from? Yet we eat muscle without question...I'm taking step out of my comfort zone to explore!
