As we acknowledge World Mental Health Day, I remind you that you are not alone in your struggles. Reaching out for help is a courageous and necessary step.

Being proactive in our mental health is just as important. As we work towards removing the stigma of mental illness, let’s encourage ourselves and those we love that going to see a therapist is a form of self love. 🫶🏻🤍
