                                            Neck feeling tight lately?
It could be from stress, posture, sleeping wrong, scrolling, work, or just everyday tension.
Here are a couple of simple massage techniques and two easy stretches you can use anytime to release pressure, improve mobility, and relax those overworked neck muscles.
