Neck feeling tight lately?

If your neck and shoulders always feel tight, even after stretching…
the real issue might be hiding in your chest muscles.

The pec major and especially the smaller pec minor can pull the shoulders forward into that rounded posture.
When that happens, the muscles in your neck and upper back are forced to work overtime just to hold your head up.

That’s where all the tension comes from.

Releasing these pec muscles can: ✅ Reduce neck pressure
✅ Relieve shoulder & upper back pain
✅ Improve posture
✅ Help you breathe easier
✅ Open up movement through the whole upper body

🔥 Fire Cupping for Lower Back Pain Relief

A lot of people ask about the circles cupping leaves behind — and no, they are not bruises.

Fire cupping uses gentle suction to lift the tissue and increase blood flow in areas where the muscles are tight or stressed. The marks show where stagnation (old blood + tension) has been pulled toward the surface so the body can clear it out.

Most marks fade within 2–5 days, depending on hydration and circulation.

Lower back pain relief doesn’t always require extra tools — sometimes it’s about better technique.

Here’s one of my favorite thumb-saving methods:
👉 Place one thumb over the other for support
👉 Use slow, firm pressure down the lower back (never directly on the spine)
👉 Keep it controlled and consistent for deep release and lasting relief

This helps reduce strain on your hands while giving clients more effective pain relief through the lumbar region. Perfect for deep-tissue or relaxation sessions.
