If you are looking for a sustainable healthy lifestyle, cutting carbs for 30 days won’t do it for you. Neither is ruining a weeks worth of consistent training & clean eating on one Cheat meal Saturday night.

My point here is to show you that good for you food can taste good too!

Substituting fast food with homemade meals not only gives you control over ingredients but also allows you to create healthier, more balanced dishes.
Our pizza here has ONLY 8 ingredients & the “worst” ingredient is the turkey pepperoni’s for being processed meat.

Afterall, results won’t come easy unless you train longer in the kitchen. 💪🏼

2024! I try to take a break from the socials during the holidays and really let myself unplug. It’s good to set goals for yourself and try to accomplish new things for the new year, but I also like to look back and reflect on the past year and all that came with it. I’m grateful for all of the opportunities that training has presented and all the new people I’ve been able to work with. Tons of fun experiences and plenty of learning experiences but I think the biggest lesson 2024 brought me was showing gratitude in every situation, good or bad, because it’s meant to shape you in to who you are meant to be. Keep going 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Consistency in exercise is the key to lasting progress. It’s not about doing it all at once, but showing up day after day, even on the tough ones. Exercise should be programmed to make you uncomfortable. Every lift starts in the brain, then the body takes over. Exercise will show you how strong you really are, and I’m not talking about physical strength. Keep making plays.
