As August winds down, we’re reminded that fresh starts don’t have to begin on the first day of the month — or even the first day of the week. Recovery gives us the chance to begin again any day, any moment. Whether it’s your Day 1 or Day 1,000 — every step forward matters.

Wow—what a weekend at Valley Hope of Atchison! On Friday we celebrated multiple sobriety birthdays with plenty of fun in the sun, and Saturday kept the momentum going. Twenty-three alumni came out for volleyball, but this time the patients took the win. A big thank you to everyone who joined us—these moments remind us that recovery is full of connection, joy, and community. We can’t wait to see you at the next event!

It’s your chance to double your impact for Valley Hope of Atchison and help build a Bridge to Recovery!

Here’s how it works:
When you donate to Valley Hope during Match Day, your gift is matched! Matching funds of $150,000 are available to provide a pro-rated match for gifts made to participating nonprofits. Donations will be matched up to $5,000 per organization.

Your support will go toward the Bridge to Recovery capital campaign to expand and renovate Valley Hope of Atchison. This capital campaign serves to expand our campus and enhance the patient, family, and alumni experience.
