November is an exciting month at our studio! We’ve kicked off our first week of food donations for the First Christian Church food pantry, thanks to the 15 yoga goers who generously donated food items in exchange for a 60-minute yoga session ❤️. We are starting out week two quite nicely too! Thank you to everyone who continues to support the little studio. I truly enjoy our classes and the wonderful company you bring. Also, how about those Northern Lights!!

NOVEMBER YOGA FOOD DRIVE

I will be teaching classes through November and will pause in December following a medical procedure. ALL classes taught in November will cost you ANY amount of non-perishable food Items. If you are a current pass-holder, please save your passes for later! I will be donating all food Items to a local food pantry toward the end of the month. You will still register for class through the app, but you will enter code: CAN25 for your payment! Classes will be held from 11/4-11/25. I teach classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 5PM. I will drop the link to sign up for classes in the comment section! This applies to classes taught on Tuesday and Thursday only. Thank you I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

The space is located on the 3rd floor at 605 Commercial Street. Entrance is from the back single door with a little pink sign.
