I hope you are all having a fabulous summer! I know my summer is flying by so fast! That means I’m having fun, right?

❤️You can sign up for classes from the link below. Classes are currently held on Tuesday at 5PM. I will indicate when other class times will be available.

The space is located on the 3rd floor at 605 Commercial Street. Entrance is from the back single door with a little pink sign.

Wanting to try yoga but you’re not sure where to start? Come dabble with chair yoga! Classes are held Thursdays from 5P-6P. Class size is limited to 8 participants and the room is nice and cozy❤️
