Mass of Christian burial will be on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00 am at St. Benedict Church. A lunch and time of visiting with the family will follow the mass at St. Joseph Church lower level. Private family burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be left to St. Benedict Catholic School in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom cremation care has been entrusted.

Michael Church, who was affectionately known to so many as Mike, Mikey, Churchy, Chapel and Uncle Mike, passed unexpectedly on November 16, 2025, at his home in Atchison, KS, at the age of 64.

A Celebration of Mike’s life for friends and family will be on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the lower level of the Elk’s Lodge from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. Memorials may be left to Maur Hill – Mt. Academy or the Alzheimer’s Association in care of the funeral home. Private family burial will be at the Trinity Episcopal Church Garden. Cremation care has been entrusted to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.

As we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, Charles N. Kramer, he would sure hope that you are not reading this while at work. Charlie would say, “You should be working, not reading about me”. He passed peacefully on October 30, 2025, with his family by his side.

Mass of Christian burial will be on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:30 am at Mount St. Scholastica Chapel, 801 S. 8th Street in Atchison. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be on Thursday evening, Nov. 6th from 5-7:00 pm at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. The family respectfully requests that, in place of flowers, consider leaving a memorial to the Charles Kramer Scholarship, which the family plans to be presented to Vo-Tech students or to Phoenix Hospice, in gratitude for their care and support, left in care of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
