My trauma tells me unknowns are instability, unknowns are fight or flight, unknowns are where the bad stuff happens. My healing self says no no, unknowns are scary but we also trust ourself. We are no longer at the helm of others decisions, we are in control. And yes, we might not be in power of all the circumstances and situations around us but we are in charge of us. We are safe in us. We are at home in us. I hope you trust yourself to move forward into whatever is next for you. And today I will practice the same for me. Ever forward. xo Jess 🌈
