Mac graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute in 2025 and from the University of North Alabama in 2016. He is an excellent deep tissue therapist, with the ability to get in and effectively work the deeper muscles without feeling too “pointy”, while maintaining a relaxing flow that creates the perfect combination massage. Hi everyone! I’m Tera, owner of Deep Roots Massage Therapy. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, Alabama, in 2017 and I'm a 2023 graduate of the University of North Alabama with my degree in sociology and psychology. I specialize in deep tissue therapeutic massage and trigger point therapy, but my spa experience has taught me specialized techniques to help you relax. I specialize in several modalities including Swedish, prenatal, Gua Sha, and cupping. I love what I do and look forward to working with (or rather, on?) you!
