We help them choose where they want to live, with whom they want to live, and how they want to live. Direct Support Professionals assist people, providing support at varying levels, ranging from a few hours a day to 24/7 support. Our dedicated staff provide one-on-one support in all areas of the person’s life, enabling each individual to pursue his or her hopes and dreams, to be active in the community, and to live the best life possible. We maintain the highest level of accreditation with The Council on Quality and Leadership and are licensed as a private home care provider with the state of Georgia.

Full Time and Part Time positions available

Georgia Options is critically seeking LPNs to support a man transitioning from a nursing facility into his own home in the Athens community. This is a meaningful opportunity to help someone rebuild independence and quality of life with the support of a dedicated care team.

This is a private duty charge role
Day shift coverage needed 7 days a week
LPNs provide skilled nursing support while working alongside Direct Support Professionals in the home and community
