Some goals can’t be measured by numbers—and Lauren Harwell proves that every single day.
Lauren sees anywhere from 25–45 patients a day, but what truly sets her apart isn’t just volume—it’s the experience she creates. Patients actually look forward to coming to the lab. Why? Because they know they’ll be greeted with laughter, kindness, and confidence.
Lauren has a special way of making people feel at ease. Before they even realize it, the blood draw is done—smooth, quick, and stress-free (which is, of course, the ultimate goal 😉). Her ability to connect with patients, calm nerves, and turn something intimidating into something positive speaks volumes about her skill and heart.
Thanks to Lauren, the lab isn’t just a stop in the process—it’s a place where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and even happy to be. We are so grateful for the energy, compassion, and professionalism she brings every day.
