Who knew Periods & Basketball were connected?! Just like basketball games have different parts so does our Periods!

Tip-Off/1st Half: 1st Day of Period/Follicular Phase = Eggs grow

Halftime: Ovulation = Egg released

2nd Half: Luteal Phase = Egg travels

Then we begin again! It’s on to the next Game or Period Cycle unless there’s a change happening! How cool is that?! Is this everything? Of course not but it’s a start!

WOW...2024! It’s flown by, but whew what a ride! From introducing the world to HER Health where we care for our teens and young ladies gynecology needs, being out in the community and hosting our first ever Period Party! To all of those helping behind the scenes to make my dream vision a reality - Thank You! To those in the community for your support - Thank You!
