Here’s a little glimpse into her vast experience:⁣
Megan holds a Master’s in Buddhist Studies and has over 1,500 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher Training. A long-term student of both Tibetan Buddhism and yoga, Megan has lived and studied in traditional monastic settings all over the world, immersing herself in the practice of Buddhism, yoga, and natural healing. Megan regularly teaches meditation classes and retreats, and leads international Buddhist pilgrimages for Tricycle Buddhist Review. The heart of Megan's teaching is being present with warm-hearted tenderness and embodied awareness. ⁣

Love these two. The Chamber has really supported me and helped grow the practice in the most personal and authentic ways. I’m grateful to be part of the October wellness issue and appreciate the good conversation and care.
