It's a fact that "not everyone wants a VBAC" it's also a fact that "not everyone achieves a VBAC", HOWEVER those facts DO NOT NEGATE the fact that "MOST people are candidates and the evidence supports VBAC as a safe option." So, I ask, "what information is being disseminated that leads the majority (87% in US/ 91% in GA) to 'choose' a repeat cesarean?"

While a plateau is better than and increase, it remains imperative for women's health and well being that hospitals strive to safely lower their cesarean rate. This is a start!
